Terms of Service
1. Binding Agreement
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the AsedaHost platform ("the Platform"), operated by AsedaHost Multimedia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform and its associated services.
2. Scope of Services
AsedaHost provides an integrated digital ecosystem for:
- Real-time voting for awards, competitions, and corporate events.
- Digital ticketing issuance, distribution, and verification.
- Professional multimedia and event equipment rental services.
- Financial settlement and payout management for event organizers.
3. User Responsibility & Conduct
3.1 Account Integrity
Users are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of compromise.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Engage in any form of automated voting or system manipulation.
- Reverse engineer any part of the Platform's proprietary infrastructure.
- Use the Platform to distribute illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted administrative data.
4. Financial Transactions
4.1 Voting and Ticketing Payments
All payments processed for voting or ticketing are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of the Event Organizer or in cases of documented system failure. Chargebacks initiated without prior dispute resolution with our support team will result in permanent platform banning.
4.2 Equipment Rental Protocol
Rental agreements are subject to additional equipment-specific insurance and damage deposit requirements. The Renter is liable for the full replacement value of any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental term.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, code, logos, and features are the exclusive property of AsedaHost Multimedia and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsedaHost shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, lost profits during events, or the conduct of any third-party event organizer.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AsedaHost Multimedia from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra.
