How to use the AsedaHost Marketplace and booking

On the web

1. Open the Marketplace and filter by category (Media, Beauty, Fashion, Events, Decoration and more). Then narrow to the specific type, such as Photography under Media.
2. Open a listing to see the flyer, packages (for example Bronze, Silver, Gold) and prices.
3. Pick a package, then choose a date and time from the slots the vendor has opened. Your slot is held for a few minutes while you pay.
4. Enter your name, phone number and email. You don’t need an account.
5. Pay with mobile money or card through Hubtel.
6. You get a booking code by SMS and email. Keep it.

By USSD

1. Dial the AsedaHost code *714*707# and choose Booking.
2. Pick a category and type, then a vendor. If you already have a vendor code, enter it to go straight to their services.
3. Choose the service, package, date and time.
4. Enter your name and phone number, then pay with mobile money.

After booking

1. You can cancel for free until the cancellation window closes, usually 24 hours before your slot.
2. If the vendor cancels or doesn’t show up, you get a full refund.
3. For services with a delivery, such as photos, open the vendor’s link with your booking code and the one-time code sent to your phone.
